Supplicate (15:53 Redcar — Market Cross Jewellers Handicap, Class 4, 1m2f)
Roger Varian’s filly, ridden again by J Mitchell who’s 3 from 4 on her. Unbeaten in four, all wins this season, perfect record at the trip and on similar going. Beat Sudbury Hill by 2 lengths at Salisbury last time off a 6lb higher mark, and there’s still more to come on the way up the weights. Small field again suits a filly who’s thrived in them.
Verdict: Back to win — unbeaten this season, proven at the trip, and still ahead of her mark. 🏇
