Amir Lehbab (16:15 Ayr — British Stallion Studs EBF Novice Stakes, Class 2, 7f)
Andrew Balding’s colt, ridden by Oisin Murphy who’s flying at 20%. Beaten a short head by a well-regarded rival at Doncaster last time over this trip, with that form since franked by the winner following up. Full brother to a horse who won three times, and handles good to soft fine.
Verdict: Back to win — has already shown he’s good enough to win a novice, in the right hands and off a short break to freshen him up. 🏇
