Delgany Second Now (16:32 Perth — Thank You To Kinneston Owners Handicap Chase, Class 5, 2m4f)
Dan Skelton’s gelding, in blistering form at 23% over the last fortnight, ridden by Harry Skelton who’s 3 from 5 on him. Won on chase debut at Bangor-on-Dee by 5 lengths despite still being green in front, and that was off a 17lb higher mark than his last hurdle win — the form keeps stacking up in his favour. Three wins from his last three starts, and there’s more to come with experience over fences. No previous run at Perth, but nothing in his profile suggests that’s a concern.
Verdict: Back to win — progressive, in-form yard, and still ahead of his mark. 🏇
