Run Ted Run (15:48 Listowel — Kinisla Dairygold Maiden Hurdle, 2m6f)
Willie Mullins’ gelding, ridden by Paul Townend who’s flying at 50% over the last fortnight. Won on debut in a bumper at Galway in July, beating Sir Vinny by a short head under a willing ride, and that form franks well for a yard that doesn’t send them out underprepared. Steps up over hurdles and in trip today, both of which look right up his street for a horse bred to go on improving.
Verdict: Back to win — top yard, top jockey, and a horse with plenty more to offer stepping into novice hurdles. 🏇
