A six-year-old bay gelding who has found real form since connections switched him back to hurdles and stepped him up in trip. Won at Hexham over 2m4f on good to soft in June 2025, then bounced back from a disappointing chase campaign to bolt up at Downpatrick on 13 June, winning a 14-runner handicap hurdle over 2m6f on good ground by 4¼ lengths as the 11/10 favourite. That form reads well and he arrives here in good nick.
Today’s trip and going are right in his wheelhouse, he wears a tongue strap which he has a 50% win record with, and retained rider Mr O McGill has a fine 40% strike rate on him across five rides together.
